At a young age, I was told to stop asking, “Why?” Within seconds I rebounded with, “How come?” I approach everything I do with curiosity. I am curious about people, technology, innovation, and how businesses and teams function. I am passionate about the large, positive effects we can get from doing things just a little bit better and love to see when teams work together to produce something greater because of synergy. My career priorities are: 1. Safety and safety culture 2. Teams and people 3. Making a difference I love problem solving and leading teams to create innovative solutions. I have a knack for business strategy, and work well with big picture items. My natural curiosity and engineering background lead me to ask questions that help teams reach a deeper understanding about the problems and tasks at hand.
