Experienced Aviation Maintenance Manager & Safety professional well known for delivering outstanding results, driving operational excellence, and exceeding goals and objectives. With an innate ability to respond to challenges with confidence and determination, I have the ability to collaborate and interact with individuals across all organizational levels, cultures, and backgrounds. My reputation is built on a successful combination of strong work ethics, impeccable quality standards, and the initiative and drive to achieve maximum productivity and results. I began my military career in as a Missile System’s Technician with the US Navy. I then attended Bridgewater State University as a full-time student and received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 2009. Upon graduation, I enrolled in the US Army and served in the capacity of Mission Pilot from 2010 to 2020. From 2020 until 2021 I was employed as an Environmental Specialist/Inspector for the City of Jacksonville. From 2021 until 2023 I enrolled full time in Florida State College's Aviation Maintenance Management program where I earned an Associate of Science in Aviation Maintenance Management. Recently I earned both FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic certifications. My diverse background has provided me the opportunity to gain vast knowledge and expertise throughout a variety of areas that include strategic management, operations, industrial safety, ergonomics, sustainability, logistics, communications, training & development, budgeting, human resource management, diversity & inclusion, time management, conflict resolution, process improvement and more… The success and achievements I have experienced throughout my career are largely due to my communication, training and development, and relationship-building skills that allow me to connect with key decision makers, effectively read people, keep my finger on the pulse, and build lasting relationships and partnerships that result in customer loyalty, sustained growth, quality assurance, and heightened profitability. I have been recognized by executive leaders for excellence in job performance, exceeding productivity goals, meeting critical deadlines, outstanding work ethic, and quality improvement efforts.
