About Jesse Alexander Webb

I'm a relational and values-driven leader with 15+ years’ experience spanning community development, crisis response, child safety, and organisational leadership. My work has included frontline service, executive leadership, and board-level governance—grounded in a lifelong commitment to strengthening communities and public systems.Currently, I serve as Head of Growth and Culture at My Therapy Crew, where I lead strategic growth, internal culture, and stakeholder engagement for a multidisciplinary allied health team. Previously, I spent nearly a decade with ChaplainWatch, including five years as CEO, delivering frontline crisis intervention programs in partnership with Queensland Police, hospitals, and government.I've contributed to disaster recovery efforts following major bushfires and floods, served on not-for-profit boards and local committees, and worked closely with civic and political stakeholders to advance community outcomes. I bring a calm, thoughtful presence to complex work, with particular strengths in governance, stakeholder relationships, and system-level thinking.I’m always open to meaningful collaboration—especially where people, policy, and community outcomes intersect.
