As a General Manager (Interim) at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, I lead and manage the delivery of high-quality and safe services across a range of clinical specialties. I have over 12 years of experience in operational and transformational management in the NHS and arts sector, where I have successfully implemented strategic plans, improved performance, and enhanced patient and staff satisfaction. I am also the Festival Director of Newham Film Festival, a community-based event that showcases diverse and independent films from local and international filmmakers. I am passionate about creating and promoting opportunities for artistic expression and cultural exchange, as well as supporting emerging talent and social causes. I have a strong background in plays, acting, and theatre, which I use to enrich my leadership and communication skills, as well as to inspire and engage others.
