I have been with VisiConsult since 2019 and successfully completed my training in an accelerated program due to my strong motivation and eagerness to learn. After this time, I gained valuable experience in the export sector and expanded my knowledge of various global markets. Since June 2023, I have been working as an Inside Sales Manager, where my responsibilities are diverse and impactful. I handle lead processing and create tailored offers for customers worldwide, across all regions and for all VisiConsult divisions. I also review and process orders, ensuring customer requirements are met accurately. A key focus for me is regularly gathering and analyzing customer satisfaction data to maintain consistently high quality. In my role, I act as the interface between customers and the internal team. I ensure smooth and efficient communication flows and prioritize applications to meet customer needs in time. Through my experience and skills, I actively contribute to the success of the company and the satisfaction of our international customers.
