About Jesse Belcher

I've been in quite a few industries over the years that share a few of the same skill sets. At my first job as a movie theater usher, I eventually moved up the ranks to become a projectionist where I learned critical troubleshooting skills and found my love for technology. Later I was promoted to management after years with the company. I managed daily operations, maintenance, inventory, money handling, quality assurance, and employee training. I picked up many of the soft skills I still utilize to this day! I was with that company for 8 years until I decided to seek other opportunities in my young adult life. Later, I found myself in the cell phone repair industry. I worked as a cell phone and tablet technician and eventually moved my way up to Store Manager once again. I developed useful sales and business practices to add to my repertoire from this career. Currently, I am the Guest Experience Director for an entertainment venue called Craft Axe Throwing where we host large company events for team-building outings as well as general family fun! I'm now striving to push the envelope of "customer service" or as we like to call it; guest experience.
