I am registered patent attorney on the electronics and software team at Kilpatrick Townsend. I have experience counseling clients (large and small) on almost all aspects of patent practice, from patent prosecution to portfolio management. I strive to find the best solutions for protecting a client's most valuable intellectual property assets. In nearly eight years of practice, I have consistently garnered positive outcomes for my clients. For example, I have helped several clients obtain valuable patent protection for their technological inventions. I am known for being efficient and judicious in my decisions, and my record reflects this. I was recently seconded at a Fortune 100 company for nearly 18 months. I counsel corporations - both private and public - as well as start-ups and solo inventors. I have a history of protecting my clients' interests, and my ability to do that has earned their trust. For most issues my clients face, there is a strong chance that I have dealt with a similar situation before. For every client, I put a ton of effort into reaching a successful outcome. Homelessness is a major concern of mine, so I volunteer regularly at the Housing Justice Project, representing low-income tenants who are facing eviction. In 2015, I was named King County Bar Association Volunteer of the Year for my support of this program. In my downtime, I enjoy spending time with my family, being on the water, and traveling.
