As a teen I ventured into the restaurant and labour industries, gaining valuable experiences and started learning my interpersonal skills. However, life had more surprises in store for me when I discovered the world of professional poker, which then afforded me the opportunity to start investing. As I navigated the competitive poker scene, I not only experienced financial success but also had the privilege of meeting remarkably intelligent individuals who broadened my perspective. This eye-opening journey led me to realize that there was more to life than just financial gains, and I embarked on a quest for self-development and personal growth. Motivated by knowledge, I returned to school and pursued various educational endeavours. Along this path, I discovered my deep passion for healthcare and nursing—a profession that allows me to make a meaningful impact on others' lives. I am also currently learning mandarin which will be beneficial to me in healthcare, and poker.
