About Jesse Brant

In 2016, I co-founded Proctor Brant PC. I am an experienced attorney whose practice helps businesses and individuals throughout Colorado resolve legal disputes, both large and small. My practice focuses on litigation of commercial, construction, insurance, and professional liability cases. I also handle appeals from start to finish, including oral argument and briefing, and advises clients on general business matters, including litigation avoidance. I strive to always reach outcomes that are optimal to my clients. I do this by keeping open lines of communication, offering clarity, and a sharing a thoughtful approach to whatever issues my clients may be facing. Many of Proctor Brant’s clients are not involved in a legal dispute or litigation by choice and, as a small business owner myself, I strive to carefully guide my clients through the legal process with minimized disruptions and expenses so they can do what they do best—run their businesses and live their lives. I am admitted to practice in Colorado state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado (Colorado federal court), and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. I have been named a Rising Star four times by Colorado Super Lawyers. My family and I reside in Highlands Ranch. In our free time, we enjoy exploring Colorado and road-tripping throughout the Southwest.
