I also thrive on the challenges of navigating the evolving landscape of the private equity industry. I've had the privilege of participating in several incredible ventures, including playing a pivotal role in solidifying the foundation of RLJ Industries, where we grew the fund to assets under management (AUM) of $3B in less than 3 years. Throughout my career, I've been deeply involved in shaping long-term investment strategies, managing compliance, and optimizing treasury and cash management. My commitment to excellence and strategic vision has consistently contributed to the success and growth of the firms I've served.
