My goals and objectives are to find a position as a Program/Project Manager or Management/Program Analyst where I can use my training, knowledge, energy and skills to develop, motivate, lead and encourage employee productivity and utilize my experience to improve operations, increase reliability, and enhance growth through improved efficiency. I am motivated, I take initiative, and I’m as comfortable in a leadership role as I am as member of a team. I'm flexible and adaptable to a variety of situations and can be depended upon to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and adjust priorities to meet the organization's needs. I am a mid-career professional with a positive attitude and I’m eager to find opportunities to further my career, increase my knowledge, and be an even greater asset to my organization and its mission. I have demonstrated leadership skills in a competitive and demanding environment within military and civilian government environments. I have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills as well as in-depth knowledge of Project Management standards and best practices as well as experience in applying project management principles. I have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Macromedia Dreamweaver Web Design Software, and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Project). I have a current Top Secret (SCI) eligibility and an active DOD Secret Clearance assigned.
