A seasoned U.S. Army Senior Enlisted Advisor, I bring over 22 years of military service with a primary focus on engineering operations and leader development. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of leading diverse teams of Soldiers from a broad spectrum of military specialties, developing innovative solutions to complex challenges, and contributing to U.S. strategic objectives.In my tenure, I have been deployed to some of the most challenging environments across the globe, including Iraq, Afghanistan, and South Korea. These experiences have not only honed my ability to operate effectively under pressure but also deepened my understanding of the critical role infrastructure plays in military strategy. In Iraq and Afghanistan, my teams were pivotal in maintaining key supply routes, training local forces in general engineering operations, and advising provincial and regional engineer, police and border patrol forces. While stationed in South Korea, our focus was on enhancing operational readiness along critical points of interest and growing our alliance with the Republic of Korea through combined training and real world operations.I have directed operations across a variety of environments, both domestic and international. My experience spans strategic planning, project management, and logistical coordination, ensuring the successful completion of numerous construction, demolition, and combat engineering missions. I am adept at bridging communication between enlisted personnel and senior military leadership.My expertise is underpinned by a solid foundation of professional military education and specialized training in engineering and leadership. This education, coupled with hands-on experience, has equipped me with the skills to navigate the complexities of modern military operations and the foresight to prepare for future challenges.I am passionate about mentoring the next generation of Army leaders, emphasizing the importance of resilience, adaptability, and ethical leadership. My commitment to service and leadership excellence has been recognized through numerous awards and commendations for my contributions in the U.S, Iraq, Afghanistan, and South Korea.As I transition from military to civilian life, I am eager to leverage my extensive leadership experience, strategic planning capabilities, and engineering expertise in a new context.
