About Jesse Connor

I spent my first six years of work from the age of eighteen, 2003 - 2009, working alongside some of the best Soldiers, NCOs and Officers in the United States Army. Nearly every person I had the pleasure of serving with embodied the seven basic values taught in the Army, LDRSHIP (Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, Personal Courage). It was in these six years that I was shaped into the employee and adult I am today. I took the education, experience and loyalty provided to me by those leaders and joined Simplefusion in 2010 as an IT field technician. As Simplefusion grew I carved out a new department focused entirely on software and website development thanks to the trust and generosity of the owner, Shane Wells. The challenges presented by this new endeavor were and still are many. From balancing long term projects, customer expectations and quality control to hiring on educated and detail focused employees. The experience and hats worn in an SMB are never ending. The growth of our customers has lead to the growth of Simplefusion as a whole and that's why I'm excited about the opportunity I have now as I move from managing the development team I created to focus on growing and developing Simplefusion beyond the SMB level so that we can continue to provide the quality our customers deserve as they themselves grow.
