I currently work for BarclayCard (Pareto) as a payment specialist, specialising in business to business sales. Promoting our services to SME and helping to ensure our products are and remain the best products on the market for the last 10 years.I have worked for Ocado Retail the biggest online-only grocer (Winner of the Gold Award from the UK National contact centre awards 2022). At Ocado, I had two roles, I work as a seconded Senior Complaints Handler and as Customer Hub Advisor. As a Senior Complaints Handler, I worked on behalf of Ocado’s Board of directors and CEO. To investigate and deal with customer complaints at the highest level within Ocado retail. I have experience working closely with the legal team, PR team and various other departments, such as Fraud and our technical team and continue to make important links and networks both internally and externally. Previously, I have worked for SCS (Sofa Carpet Specialist) as a customer advisor in the aftercare complaints department. This role has helped me gain all the confidence I need to deal with any customer queries or challenges. Working in customer service provides a feeling of reward and accomplishment and is a job I have come to love.
