About Jesse Cormier

With over 30 years of experience as professional soccer coach, NCAA Division 1 soccer coach, I am passionate about developing leaders and building champions, championship teams, and cultural excellence. As a Head Soccer Coach for twenty-two seasons, I have the honor and privilege to mentor and guide over 800 uniquely gifted student-athletes, 55 of whom have signed professional contracts. I also mentored some of the most prominent leaders, dynamic business leaders, board members all to same end, the construction of communities of excellence. I believe in cultivating strong bonds and relationships rooted in trust, respect, integrity, and honest communication. These core principles are what create the strongest and most vibrant communities, and can benefit all both personally and professionally. I am inspired by witnessing the transformation of people through the organizational culture not just in sport and team dynamics, but also in the cultural richness of a great organization or business based on the leadership. Whether it is conducting a cutting-edge conversation, zoom meeting, workshop, group work, ID camp, coaches clinic, or leading a community conversation, I strive to share my passion for life, leadership, foster relationships, deepen connections and build love for team, while serving our communities at the highest standards. This is my life purpose and mission.
