About Jesse Crowe

With a 21-year background in contract support for the United States Navy, I am a dedicated and driven individual seeking to gain employment in the Environmental Services and Total Facilities Maintenance sectors as the site Project Manager. My unwavering work ethic and strong background in operationally driven processes makes me the ideal candidate for this position. I possess over 18 years in maintenance and repair programs (aviation and facilities), quality control, and contract management. For the last two years I have gained a robust understanding of the Environmental Services we perform on contract and have become well versed in the methods, chemicals, supplies, tools, and safety precautions we utilize. I have intimate knowledge of the contracted sites we maintain and have maintained a consistent schedule of visiting said sites to ensure compliance across the board. I also possess robust facilities maintenance knowledge as prior to coming on board as the site QCM I managed the Regional Supply Offices in Norfolk and Oceana. During my time as the PM I was heavily involved in the maintenance and repair program for all facilities. In addition, I possess a through working understanding of the current TFM processes and requirements, as my team is tasked with inspecting and being subject matter experts for all contracted maintenance work. My employee management skills will be of great benefit as over the last 10.5 years I have proven myself as a viable manager for PCSI by successfully supporting contracts in both operational and quality capacities. Being an operational manager with a strong background in quality will prove beneficial as I have the unique understanding of what it takes to build a productive interdepartmental relationship. In addition, being the quality control manager for the hospital contract has helped to provide me with deep internal knowledge of what we are doing well and what requires further development. In both roles I have been able to build strong bonds between management and direct reports, developing “buy in” among the ranks and know that in our current state, we could benefit from a stronger relationship with both our customer and employees. I am prepared to do whatever required to ensure those relationships are further developed, and the success of the contract is maintained.
