About Jesse de Wit

Hi there! I’ve always been drawn to people: how they think, what motivates them, and how they move through organizations. That interest first found a place in hospitality, where I worked from 2019 onward. In those years, I learned to adapt, read people quickly, and stay calm when things got chaotic. At the time, I didn’t fully realize how formative those experiences were, but now I see them as the starting point of my professional development. Studying Business Psychology gave me the structure to better understand what I had often felt intuitively. It deepened my interest in the human side of business. I became curious about how teams grow, how people experience change, and how organizations can create environments where people actually want to be. Since then, I’ve taken on roles that helped me explore this intersection between people and structure. I’ve worked in recruitment, talent strategy, and organizational processes. In each role, I try to bring the same mindset: thoughtful, people-focused, and eager to make systems either smarter or more human. I’m still discovering where I can be of most value. What I do know is that my future lies somewhere between individual experience and organizational effectiveness. Whether it’s in People & Culture, Organizational Development, or HR Strategy, I am most drawn to environments where behavior and impact go hand in hand, and where curiosity is welcome. If that resonates, I’d love to connect. Jessedwit@gmail.com 0610464779
