About Jesse Debaca

I'm Jesse, and I've had the privilege of working in the vibrant Sonoma County construction industry for almost three decades. My journey in construction started in the wood manufacturing industry and quickly grew from there. I have encompassed a diverse range of disciplines, from entitlements and estimation to procurement and project management, in just about all types of construction. I'm honored to currently serve as the CEO of Earthtone Construction, where I have the pleasure of leading our remarkable team. At the heart of my approach is a commitment to collaboration. I firmly believe that success in construction is a team effort, and I've had the pleasure of working closely with clients, architects, and engineers to bring exceptional projects to life. This collaborative spirit is central to Earthtone's methodology, a company I'm proud to be a part of. My proactive management style ensures that every step of our process is executed efficiently and effectively. My leadership style is driven by desire to motivate and inspire. I'm deeply passionate about construction and take immense pride in my craft. It's not just about building structures; it's about creating spaces that enhance lives and communities. Outside of work, my top priority is spending quality time with my family. My wife and three kids are my strength, and constant reminder to lead by example and continually work to perfect my craft. I'm always open to new connections and opportunities in the construction industry. Please feel free to connect with me, and let's explore how we can collaborate to achieve remarkable construction outcomes together.
