About Jesse Deloatch

I am a versatile employee capable of learning and excelling at many different tasks. I have worked in dynamic environments which required both a devotion to the core principles of the organization and the adaptability to perform under unique or adverse situations. I've worked in the camping and retreats industry and childcare, which required me to develop skills transferrable to just about every field. I've gained skills in professional writing and research through grant writing. I've gained skills in team building and leadership training for people and groups of all ages, genders, or whatever background that person or group may have. I have an extensive knowledge of the Google drive platforms, including Sheets, Docs, Excel, and Forms, as well as their Microsoft counterparts. I've worked with people who were able bodied and from differently abled, giving me experience working with people who may require alternative forms of communication. I have worked in client facing roles, interacting with hundreds of parents per day to alleviate concerns, solve problems, and keep them engaged in the product we offer. I have also worked behind the scenes in budgeting, sales, program planning and implementation, and promotion of the places I have worked in Among the many things I bring to any employer, I'd like to highlight a few. I bring an abundance of patience, allowing me to work through problems in order to find the optimum solution, and not one that is doesn't fulfill the goals of the organization. I bring a positive sense of urgency, helping me and others I work with achieve goals in a timely manner in a healthy and productive way. I bring adaptability and flexibility, allowing me to find solutions to complicated issues. I bring a positive attitude and infectious energy, which helps strengthen teams and brings more pleasure to working. When not at work, I spend my time writing, reading, and having conversations with other young professionals on how we can better ourselves and the world around us.
