Working closely with business leaders, I developed a strong interest in business strategy and learned the importance of being surrounded with the right people and skillsets at the right time. At StaffYourTribe, we connect high-quality IT specialists with forward-thinking organisations, where I first focused on talent acquisition of tech leadership roles that drive strategic growth for our clients. Today, in the Finance & Strategy position, my role is about strengthening internal financial operations and building strategic decision-support. Laying the foundation for disciplined management judgment, effective capital allocation, and durable long-term growth of the company.
