About Jesse Ditzler

I’m a healthcare administrator and current fellow at Guthrie Healthcare, where I lead high-impact projects that improve clinical workflows, optimize operations, and drive measurable outcomes. With a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and hands-on experience across departments, I bring a data-driven, systems-oriented mindset to complex healthcare challenges. My work includes improving critical lab result reporting through process redesign and stakeholder collaboration, streamlining procurement workflows to reduce non-labor spend, and developing dashboards in Power BI to track cost drivers and compliance metrics. I also conduct clinical workflow observations and lead initiatives to improve performance using Excel and basic SQL for analysis. Outside of operations, I lead the Rising Professionals Network and the Community Pillar of our DEI Committee, where I’ve launched cross-functional partnerships and community health events. I’m looking to transition into healthcare consulting, where I can apply my experience in project management, analytics, and change leadership to help healthcare systems deliver better, more sustainable care.
