About Jesse Estrada

After a successful tenure at ZF Group, I joined SK Battery America as a Next-Gen Production Supervisor, continuing my passion for leading high-performing teams and driving operational excellence. In this fast-paced and highly technical environment, I oversee battery cell production lines, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards critical to powering the next generation of electric vehicles. At SKBA, I’m deepening my expertise in production leadership—refining skills in cross-functional coordination, lean manufacturing principles, and real-time problem-solving. I take pride in supporting both people and processes, working closely with team leads, operators, and technicians to identify improvement opportunities and build a culture grounded in accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development. I’m energized by the challenges and opportunities that come with managing complex operations in a rapidly evolving industry. Every day is a chance to grow as a leader and contribute to SKBA’s mission of innovation and sustainability in energy solutions.
