I am an Aircraft Fueler at PrimeFlight Aviation Services, where I have been working since Jan 2024. I have some college education and eight years of warehousing experience. I am a problem solver who can handle different situations and challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. I also have skills in customer relationship management (CRM) and analytics, which help me deliver quality service and ensure safety and compliance. In my current role, I work with a team of other aircraft fuelers to provide fueling services to Southwest Airlines and their aircrafts. I use CRM software to communicate with customers, track orders, and report any issues or incidents. I also use analytical tools to monitor fuel levels, inventory, and quality. I am passionate about aviation and enjoy learning new things and improving my skills. I value teamwork, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in warehousing and self-employment, as well as aviation in the Marine Corps. I am also planning to get my OSHA 30 hour and HAZWOPER 40 hour certifications, which show my commitment to safety and environmental protection.
