I am a dedicated and results-oriented financial services professional with experience in client services and collections. As a graduate of Seneca College's Financial Services program, I bring a solid understanding of the industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. In my most recent role as Team Leader in the Payments & Collections Department at Progressa, I was responsible for leading and motivating a small team of Collections Specialists to achieve their targets and contribute to the growth of the company's recovery pipeline. I provided support and guidance to team members, including coaching and training, to improve their performance and achieve their objectives. I also collaborated with the Head of Growth and other senior leaders to develop and execute strategies for increasing sales and establishing Integral as the leading solution in the crypto accounting and treasury management space. Prior to this, I was a Senior Collections Specialist at Progressa, where I resolved customer disputes in a first-party payments & collections environment, cultivated strong relationships with customers and within the organization, coordinated with senior leaders to execute loan settlements and other beyond parameters resolutions to help customers, and managed the Covid-19 Pandemic Hardship Relief response. I was also a consecutive top performer of the department for 24+ months, far exceeding monthly targets, and handled 80+ inbound/outbound calls per day, as well as emails. In addition to my professional experience, I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, NC3 phone system, and Nortridge Loan System. I have a strong interest in crypto, accounting, or traditional finance and experience in building and maintaining client relationships. When I'm not working, I enjoy weightlifting, salsa dance, computer building, and Bitcoin.
