Over the years, I have developed expertise in drafting and negotiating complex contracts, providing strategic legal guidance, and managing risk across diverse business functions. Currently, I serve at Heart Recovery (Abiomed) in Danvers, MA, where I support the legal needs of various product portfolios and business operations across the Americas. My team focuses on contracts related to the Impella product line, including maintenance and repair services, as well as Breethe, preCARDIA, and V-Wave products. I provide legal counsel on agreements spanning Commercial, Service, Supply Chain, Engineering (R&D), Professional Education (HCP Consultants), and Events, ensuring our partnerships are both compliant and advantageous. In addition to my legal responsibilities, I contribute as a voting member on several key committees, including Commercial Pricing, Variable Compensation, and Charitable Donations, helping shape strategic decisions.
