As my career progressed, I transitioned into a leadership role, managing and running a team of 11 employees, including drivers, & office staff. In this capacity, I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, ensuring efficient route planning, maintaining high levels of performance, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. I developed key skills in team management, problem-solving, and operational strategy, while continuing to build strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
