With over ten years of experience in sales management and electrical controls, I am a passionate and driven sales leader who thrives on developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. I have a strong understanding of industry-specific trends and landscapes and can effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals. I am currently the Director of Sales at See Water, Inc, a leading manufacturer of pump control panels and liquid level alarms. I am committed to building and maintaining long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to understand their business objectives and needs better. In my current role, I am responsible for creating and communicating sales goals and ensuring sales executives are informed on the progress of those goals. I also report on forces that shift the strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets. Since joining See Water, Inc. in February 2016, I have progressed from Sales Manager to National Sales Manager to Director of Sales, demonstrating my leadership skills, sales acumen, and customer focus. I have also hired and trained sales representatives, sourced new sales leads, implemented sales strategies, and managed our relationship with major clients.
