About Jesse Goldsmith

I specialize in helping clients all over the United States and Canada to locate retail investment properties in Arizona. Specifically, I focus on guiding clients through the transaction of retail shopping centers. About 60% of shopping centers across the state are owned by out-of-state investors, so I travel regularly to meet potential clients and discuss the advantages of Arizona real estate. I was first exposed to the commercial real estate as a student at Gonzaga University. My international finance professor, himself a former sales professional with CBRE’s Seattle office, recommended that I learn more about his industry. I started working in commercial real estate at age 23, shortly after leaving Gonzaga. As a commercial real estate professional concentrating on retail investments, I’ve been excited to see clients take advantage of the strong Phoenix market and capitalize by redeveloping and selling properties. This trend has also helped to encourage top national retailors to fill vacancies in shopping centers across the Valley. Outside of the office, I like to spend quality time with my daughter, Sophie. I also enjoy playing tennis and golf.
