About Jesse Granados

Serving people through Customer Care with a focus on Relationships/Communication, Corporate Training/Hiring and Team Management. Concurrent with my professional career, I also have industry skills that include 30 years of Team Management with Non-Profits and volunteer staff (which also includes management and team growth/production). My personal faith and integrity have been the foundation of a highly successful and results oriented career in the areas of Customer Service and Sales focused in Loans, Retail and Restaurants along with Music, Family Development and Youth Departments at my local church. All areas of leadership and training are sourced in the ideology that a leader leads: by example and through proper delegation. A leader who inspires love and passion in their team; creates energy in their team; has the audacity to believe the best in their team and who provides the proof that they too, love this team and will run with passion to see it succeed. The belief that attention to details; a team approach to conflict resolution and out-of-the-box solutions when the status quo is insufficient. these are the means to defeating a stagnant and non-productive team. My team-focused ideology is perpetuated through high levels of integrity-that belief produces a team belief:"Doing the right thing is the most important thing; regardless of whether you will receive praise or can be assured that no one will ever know the truth of your actions." You do what is right even when no one is looking.
