EDJ Homes is a local family owned and operated residential redevelopment company with unique qualifications and capabilities to bring the entire realty process full circle. It was started by Ellen Phonn after working in the real estate industry for over a year as a licensed Realtor. After meeting many people that were unable to sell their home due to it’s current condition, Ellen knew she wanted to find a way to help. With the assistance of her boyfriend Jesse Green, they were able to create a company in which the goal is to provide solutions for homeowners in need. We specialize in buying, modernizing, and selling homes with a primary focus on quality and value. We offer our services to those people who desire to sell their home quickly and hassle free. We take pride in working to supply a safe and beautiful home for families and help contribute to increasing property values in our local neighborhoods. In doing this, we are able to provide jobs to local contractors, tradesmen and our fellow Realtors as well as furnish a quality product to the consumer at a fair price.
