About Jesse Hill

With over 30 years in the IT industry, I’ve seen technology evolve from a support function to one of the most powerful tools for driving business success. But I believe technology should always serve the business — not the other way around. My focus is on helping small and mid-sized organizations use technology to become more efficient, effective, competitive, and profitable. As President of Tier 3 IT Solutions, I lead a consistent, reliable, and attentive team that partners with clients to align IT strategy with real business outcomes. We don’t just fix problems — we help leaders plan, execute, and grow with confidence through secure, scalable technology. What drives me most is growth — in our people, in our clients’ businesses, and in the communities we support. I haven’t mastered it yet, but every day I strive to lead with clarity, care, and accountability. If you’re looking for a technology partner who sees the bigger business picture, let’s connect.
