I am a retail professional with a passion for teaching, coaching, and developing teams to achieve excellence in sales and operations. I have a High School Diploma from MARYSVILLE PILCHUCK HIGH SCHOOL and over 8 years of experience as a Store Manager and a District Manager at Dollar General, one of the largest discount retailers in the US. As a Retail District Manager, I led 20 stores and 110 associates in my district, overseeing all aspects of store performance, compliance, and customer service. I surpassed our sales goals from last year by implementing effective merchandising, inventory, and marketing strategies, and by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. I also thrived on providing training, feedback, and support to my store managers and their teams, empowering them to run their stores to the highest of standards. I am looking for a challenging and rewarding position where I can leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the growth and success of a dynamic retail organization.
