About Jesse Hodges

With over 15 years of experience in manufacturing and a decade in industrial maintenance, I began my career in operations, gaining valuable insights before transitioning to a challenge-driven path in industrial maintenance. I have seized every opportunity to enhance my expertise, ranging from fundamental mechanical principles to electrical control circuits, and have studied across 23 different areas through online courses and hands-on training along with apprenticeship under many different technicians who have a combined amount of 50 years in the field. My background encompasses the repair and troubleshooting of industrial machinery, as well as the design and construction of new machines from scratch and the enhancement/modernization of existing equipment. I have extensive troubleshooting experience on equipment from UTECO, Hoksawa Alpine, Davis Standard, Hudson Sharp, and several lesser-known manufacturers. I possess a solid foundation in basic machine repairs, with a particular focus on flexographic printing machines. I find the maintenance managment field both challenging and rewarding, as the effort invested directly correlates with the satisfaction derived from the work. I am currently responsible for overseeing all daily maintenance operations, maintenance planning, and the establishment and scheduling of preventive maintenance tasks. Additionally, I ensure the effective use of our CMMS system, KPI's, work orginization and planning. I have some knowledge in SQF, GMP, and ISO 9001 for manufacturing.
