Passionate and results-driven professional with a proven track record in client services, administration, and leadership roles. Currently pursuing a Certificate in Business (Customer Engagement) to further develop my skills and expertise. Dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their employment goals as a Disability Employment Consultant. With a strong foundation in team collaboration, problem-solving, and project management, I aspire to transition into a leadership position where I can mentor and inspire others to reach their full potential. Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive work environment while driving organizational success through effective team management and strategic decision-making. Eager to leverage my diverse background and passion for making a difference to lead and motivate teams towards shared goals. I'm a writer, former research associate and advisory board member and assisted in developing programs for autistic individuals via the Curtin Autism Research Group in Perth and have been published in a few local magazines, contributing articles and prose/poetry pieces. I've published a book of poetry and am currently writing a book on neurodiversity in females, in the hopes of expanding the current diagnostic criteria to be more inclusive and current. I've previously tutored students to develop English and comprehension skills at an ATAR level and have extensive volunteering experience with Basketball Australia, Little Athletics Australia and Oxfam's Perth store as a retail assistant, most recently serving as manager for three local basketball teams. I enjoy learning languages and having been learning German for the past few years to challenge myself, and enjoy interacting with people from all cultures and walks of life. I have worked with people who require assistance to complete daily tasks such as household management. As my skill set and lived experience is quite diverse, I feel I am an invaluable asset to businesses striving for collaborative engagement with both colleagues and community.
