HOW IT BEGAN: My story carries with it one simple truth: I make things happen! Whether it is turning the vision of a craft beer and wine expansion into reality or becoming a certified skydiving coach, I thrive on personal growth. I have a relentless determination to fulfill my own potential and become a better version of myself every day. From an early age, I learned the retail grocery business from the ground up. After attending Northern Kentucky University working towards my Bachelor of Science, I moved into a full-time role and ascended to Director of Operations with complete oversight of 2 well established independent grocery stores in Cincinnati. During my tenure, revenue has increased 61% and we have earned a reputation throughout the community as the best local grocery locations in Cincinnati! I have extensive knowledge in all facets of business operations including merchandising, sales, human resources, finance, buying, and vendor relations. While I’ve had tremendous success, I am most proud of the teams and relationships I’ve built and the trust they have in me.
