We are grateful to continue to serve the concrete paving industry, providing passionate promotional campaigns, educational outreach & assistance, and providing membership and clients with expert technical advice in all things concrete pavements. Recognizing that we are in changing and challenging times, combined with growing public needs and expectations, All Civil Engineering, LLC was formed to help clients maximize the life of their infrastructure investments. Led by husband and wife duo Jesse Jonas, P.E, and his wife Natalie Jonas, BA in Marketing, our humble careers of both public and private sector service have allowed for us to provide for our client’s needs with exceptional technical expertise, while maintaining a personal connection, to those whom we truly value as friends.
