With a passion for combining technical expertise, strategic marketing, and client-focused sales, I have built a dynamic career in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. My journey began as a factory-trained BMW technician, where I quickly advanced into service advisory and warranty administration roles, gaining hands-on experience in client relations and operational management. At just 24, I became Aftersales Director for Lamborghini Carolinas, overseeing service, parts, and warranty operations. I took a unique opportunity to join the Sales and Marketing team at Ariel North America and TMI AutoTech, diving deeper into the world of bespoke and performance vehicle manufacturing. My adaptability, and results-driven mindset led to expanded responsibilities in marketing and sales, resulted in my promotion to Director of Sales. In this capacity, I’ve spearheaded consultive sales management, dealer relations, event planning, marketing strategies, and brand sales coordination, consistently driving growth and enhancing brand visibility in a niche market. My new fronter is in Optical manufacturing, breaking a 20+ year stint in the automotive industry! I'm thrilled to be a part of the Optical Lab Software Solutions team with EssilorLuxottica, more specifically with the Rx-Universe Lab Managment Software brand. With a proven ability to align client needs with manufacturing processes, master new tools/technologies, and foster collaborative relationships, I am excited to deliver tailored solutions and drive success in innovative industries.
