About Jesse Kim

A sports enthusiast with extensive experience in product merchandising and e-commerce account management, now expanding expertise in operations. I began my career at LG Fashion (LF) as a Merchandiser, managing Golf (Hazzys/Daks) apparel and accessories to support the growing outlet channel. I handled all categories, including outerwear, tops, bottoms, gloves, bags, and imported goods, while simultaneously managing fabric procurement and manufacturing lead times. With strong confidence in the prospective growth of e-commerce, I moved to Lotte Homeshopping’s e-fashion online team as a Golf Online Sales Merchandiser. I led promotions, exclusive product merchandising, and managed over 200 partners. N.O.W, I have joined the brand I have admired throughout my lifetime, taking on the role of E-marketplace Operations. My main responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues caused by both global and local programs and handling financial settlements for each platform. I feel very proud to be excelling in this role despite not having a prior background in this field. Starting March 25, I began my new role as an STA (Short-Term Assignment) for ‘Buying and Trading’ in the Football category, while maintaining my current Operations role. I am very excited about this opportunity. Truly believe that sports have the power to change lives.
