As a Senior Operations Production Manager, I led the B-1B egress seat inspection and modification project. I implemented a waterfall approach, including a planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phase. As Lead Operations Production Manager, I managed the Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) for 19 General Electric F-101-GE-102 engines. During my time as the Team Lead of the Electrical Backshop, I had the privilege of collaborating with the Air Force Global Strike Material Director on a project to enhance the refill capabilities of emergency life raft nitrogen cylinders. This joint initiative, which led to an annual savings of $100 thousand in gas and shipping costs, is a testament to my ability to work effectively with others and my innovative approach to resource management. Another career highlight was as a Senior Branch Manager; I coordinated with the system program office's low observable antenna team to address a $9 million radar system failure. This effort ensured the aircraft's mission capability and underscored my adeptness in strategic problem-solving. My journey in aerospace has been marked by a blend of all systems, including electrical, pneumatics, avionics, fuel systems, engine operations, egress, and sheet metal, to name a few.
