About Jesse Kruize

I’m passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building high-performing teams. My career began in phone sales, and while completing my Bachelor of Business with a focus on Management, I joined Mobile Tyre Shop. Since then, I’ve grown from Phone Sales Consultant to Support Centre Manager, and now proudly serve as the National Head of Customer Experience. A key milestone was helping to establish an offshore contact centre in the Philippines, where I led the onboarding and training of a team that now effectively supports our Australian operations. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, communication, and team leadership, I enjoy optimising processes, coaching staff, and turning challenges into opportunities to build lasting customer loyalty. I especially thrive on transforming frustrated customers into loyal advocates.
