About Jesse Lynch

The past 3 years I've been employed with Flowserve as a precision assembler, job duties entailed; able to read blueprints and follow instructions, able to communicate with engineers to fix faults in assembly instructions, work with other departments to help get jobs done on time. Also worked on a few improvement projects to help streamline production. I've worked several years in manual labor, working mainly as an assembler, and forklift driver. Also have some team leader experience, planning, and giving instructions to other employees. Unfortunately, due to two elbow surgeries in the last year, and limited healing I'm no longer capable of the lifting or turning required with my current job, or many manual labor positions. I have about 4 years experience in the bar/restaurant business working a variety of jobs including cook, janitor, and bartender While I've not put computer skills to use at a job, I'm very strong and fast with computers, other than I haven't used Excel in quite awhile, but I am a fast learner. I'm very friendly, easy to work and get along with. Very eager to learn new skills and help a company in any way I can. I've always applied myself to my employer to help make jobs better for myself and others.
