Hi! Nice to meet you! Glad you ended up here browsing my professional profile. I’m an HR expert who does his job with heart and person. I have gained a wide understanding of the key features one has to deal with in HR and HR management. My role has varied during the years from HR manager to Employee relations manager and to Negotiation manager. HR contains dozens of topics that are crucial for the organization in terms of succesful business. As a generalist I have experience with most of these topics. To mention just few of my former/current area of responsibilities- Member of the board, bringing the HR point of view in the table- Forming and adjusting employee relations- Adapting collective labor agreement- Negotiating new local contracts for business needs- Maintaining the joint action with personnel representatives- Recruiting the key roles for work communities. The perspectives of Organizational development and change management have been big topics in my professional history and I’ve had a key role in these. In my previous jobs the employers have been small or medium sized with wide field of activity whereas my current employer is a large organization that is focused on social and health services. I see that in addition to the skills I've gained in working life my personal abilities support me in my job performance. These strengths contain e.g: extroversion, open mindness and most of all strong motivation. Not to mention perseverance: as a marathonist I do not want to give up when reaching the goals that have been set. One of the personality traits I’m most proud of is my ability to see and treat other people as unique individuals and act depending on the situation. From the management point of view I'm reliable, easy to cooperate with and capable of motivating my team in order to reach shared goals. To get to know me more just be in touch!
