About Jesse Miller

I'm a holistic Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist passionate about working with motivated and active individuals looking to improve their physical and energetic health. I received my Masters in Occupational Therapy from The Ohio State University and I am a Certified Hand Therapist as certified through HTCC. In 2019 I left the outpatient therapy world to start my own business where I work with highly motivated and active clients and small businesses. I pride myself on collaboration and working closely with clients to develop specific individualized programs focusing on incorporating simple techniques to alleviate stress and tension throughout the body. These techniques include: mindfulness practices to alleviate mental tension, mobility routines to alleviate bodily tension, and assess workplace ergonomics to improve how we are able to perform our day to day tasks.
