With over 10 years of work experience, I am a skilled and versatile system engineer with a passion for desktop support and automation. I have a strong background in creating, maintaining, and deploying images in virtual machine environments, scripting software deployment and automated tasks, and troubleshooting networking and telecom issues. I currently work as a System Engineer at Vistra Corp, a leading integrated retail electricity and power generation company, where I leverage my expertise in Azure AD, Microsoft Servers 2010 & 2016, Sharepoint, Office 365 Administration, End User Computing, Okta Identity Management and Power Automate to enhance the efficiency and security of the IT infrastructure. In my previous role as a Sr System Engineer at Ambit Energy, I was responsible for the maintenance of computer equipment, hardware peripherals, mobile devices, printers, and other devices for over 500 users. I also worked on the help desk queue, coordinating the desktop support team and providing timely and effective solutions to technical problems meeting SLA deadlines. Additionally, I supported the user account creation and management in Active Directory, Office 365, and i3 phone system. Through my work, I improved the user satisfaction, productivity, and collaboration across the organization.
