We build and execute cross-functional processes in order to mitigate risk and develop compliant solutions using data-driven methods and on-the-ground intelligence. I’ve also built the Trust and Safety function for Lime focusing on customer safety, quality controls and investigations. Prior to Lime, I spent over 3 years at Uber building their ediscovery and information governance practice from scratch. I led the development of the Legal Engineering team: specifically created to support technical solutions for the legal function at Uber. Additionally, I served in the Peace Corps in Central Africa where I learned some of my most enduring lessons and perspective.
