Currently leading supply chain process development and managing the architecture of all supply chain solutions at Indoor Group. I also serve as Product Owner for the outsourced WMS and Solution Owner for in-house tools to ensure that all systems and solutions continuously evolve with operational needs and deliver measurable business value. My background in ICT and industrial management, combined with hands-on experience in solution architecture, software implementation (including ERP) and cross-functional coordination, equips me with a broad and practical understanding of how business, technology and operations intersect.
