About Jesse Patton

With more than a decade of management and sales experience, I have found that anyone can be successful if they are committed and want to be successful. That's why I look for the best in people. I don't like to define myself as a "people person" but when I see skills or talents people have, my focus becomes encouragement and bringing out their best qualities. As a father, this becomes more natural with your family. As my kids are growing and learning I want to encourage them to be happy and do the things they like. Being successful is part of that but it's primarily about doing what you love and getting excited about what you are doing; finding your passion. Where it gets challenging is in the work place. My 11 years of management experience have taught me how to use my personal inclinations towards others to bring out the best in them. I enjoy thinking outside of the box. I push to get excited about new ideas and bringing them to fruition. I enjoy taking "no bad ideas" and breaking them down to determine possibilities. I strive for excellence and achieving my goals. Some of these habits come more natural than others but it takes time and practice to stay consistent in everything I do.
