About Jesse Pautsch

I started my career in Packaging Design as a mechanical designer in 2011, designing protective packaging for Industry leading OEM's, government contractors, and the commercial sector as well. There, I built a fundamental understanding of lean manufacturing and began to build strong relations with our customers. This experience propelled me into a Sales Engineering role where I combined my mechanical experience and communicative skills to gain our customer's trust, initiate projects, and deliver excellent product and service. Throughout my tenure I phased into other roles including Project Estimating & Quoting, Procurement and Sustainable Sourcing, Waterjet Programming and Operation, Quality Control, and ERP Management which gave me perspective on the different aspects of the manufacturing process and to further my expertise in the lean manufacturing. In 2018 I began as the leader of our Sales Engineering team where I continued to collaborate, design, and execute custom projects alongside our team of engineers. My experience with CAD and Manufacturing Processes led me to the Automotive Industry in 2022 where I began working as a Machine Systems Designer for Husco's Advanced Manufacturing Group. Husco is an international company which at its core supplies the automotive and off-highway sectors with hydraulic and electro-mechanical controls, they also excel in providing automated, turn-key solutions for businesses. My time spent designing at Husco introduced me to new technologies and education in Fluid Power and Electrical systems. My career has brought me numerous challenges which allowed me to hone and demonstrate my ability to apply critical thinking and intelligent risk-taking in an effort to deliver effective solutions to those problems.
