About Jesse Pieper

I am a leader and a humble servant seeking to make a tenable impact on the world by helping people reach their full potential in life. Throughout my life I have experienced many successes and many failures, made good decisions along with plenty bad ones, and have had the opportunity to serve under some extraordinary leaders as well as some very misguided ones. All of this has helped me discover why I was put on this earth, and that is to help others achieve the best version of themselves. I was put here to help everyday people evolve into strong, resilient leaders. I joined the Marine Corps in 2006 right out of high school where I served for 5 years as a Flight Equipment Technician and completed two overseas deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Upon completion of my enlistment I enrolled in school and earned a B.S. in Education from Baylor University in 2014. While attending Baylor I felt the call to service once more and decided to re-enlist into the Army National Guard. I served for 4 years as a Fire Support Specialist before attending Officer Candidate School and earning my commission into the Officer Corps. In 2019 I earned a M.B.A. from West Texas A&M University, and in 2021 I took over as the Business Manager for CAPCo Engineering, one of Texas' top companies for MEP engineer design services. Prior to that, I was blessed with the opportunity to work for Wounded Warrior Project for 6 years where I helped thousands of veterans and their family members live a better quality of life through physical and mental wellness programs. I have over 10 years of supervisory experience, leading up to 4 managers and 35 team members. I have been blessed with an exceptional ability to identify issues and develop appropriate courses of action to solve problems. I am able to skillfully analyze data and risk, make sound decisions, and execute appropriate plans to get the desired results. I have a proven history of building winning teams through the development of self and others and have extraordinary communication skills and interpersonal tact which has resulted in a large sphere of influence and effective collaboration with others.
