As a Global Asset Reliability & Maintenance Director, I provide vision, strategies, and change management to help the enterprise systems and assets thrive while supporting the organizational mission. Throughout my career, I’ve been consistently sought out to uncover enterprise bottlenecks, optimize maintenance systems, and build high-performing teams that influence the trajectory of the company for the better. HIGH-IMPACT RESULTS Together with my teams, we’ve accomplished some lofty goals: Introduced world-class planning, processes, & resource management Raised Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) up 50% Saved 30K man hours through preventive maintenance optimization across 19 facilities Reduced equipment downtime 35% Optimized inventory and reduced maintenance costs; annual savings of $3M HOW I DO IT I see the whole operational system across multiple facilities, teams, and processes to expediently determine where the opportunity exists. Starting my career as a welder and fabricator has given me a unique lens to understand the floor as a part of my leadership strategy & decisions. I put myself in the shoes of everyone in the organization to help teams see what success truly looks like, create quick wins, gain momentum, and expand on it to generate long term results. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING For the last two decades, I’ve been leading process, performance, and equipment improvements for top manufacturers. While I’m truly passionate about the work, my deepest successes are in the people. From craftsman to company ownership, it’s all about relationships. My leadership style is servant leader; I have learned that creating buy-in with the team and developing future leaders are some of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
